We are very satisfied, as we are completely independent of any hosting companies, and own our own on site servers, hence we do all our own tech support. The trouble ticket system, remote server integration, control panel, etc is amazing, and surpasses the other automation software.

Extremely. As a host that stresses quality over quantity, which we've found is too rare, hosting controller delivers the stability and power a site needs on NT. We've used many other packages including HELM, and HELM seems to bog down. HController isn't at intuative at first, but once you get past the rough edges its simply better. Its all we install now.
